The Health & Fitness Consultation
Every member receives a health and fitness consultation on joining. This is your opportunity to tell us how we can help you. During the consultation we can assess your needs and design a personalised exercise program based on your goals. All consultations are one to one with our qualified personal trainers and covers areas such as – goal setting, motivation, nutrition, correct exercise techniques and frequency of training.
