We offer a comprehensive computerised health/fitness assessment, after which we design a personalised exercise program based on your goals and the results of your assessment. All assessments are one to one with our qualified personal trainers and covers areas such as - diet, nutrition, motivation, correct exercise techniques and frequency of training.
